About Michele 

Hi!  I'm Michele.

I provide coaching that's fueled by over 25 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Training, Coaching, and multiple assessment certifications. I help my clients set actionable goals and provide feedback in a constructive and positive way. I work with everyone from college graduates to senior management across different industries.

My expertise includes interview coaching, resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and networking. I also create job search strategies to help my clients feel more confident and capable of landing the job they want.

I can not only sympathize but empathize with a lot of my clients as I've been laid off several times in my career.  I also have a 4 year career gap, so am great at helping people navigate their career gaps on their resume and in interviews.  You can read my story here: Getting a job after 4 years out of the workforce

I have a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Ramapo College of New Jersey.

I'm a certified New Jersey teacher, a certified career coach, a certified interview trainer, and I'm certified in the Caliper Assessment, Culture Index, and DiSC.

Most importantly, I am passionate about helping other people.

I've been told I have a "zen" like vibe and that I'm very easy to talk to.  

For fun, I enjoy live music, dancing and competing in West Coast Swing, and spending time with my dog Stella and cat Stan.
